Nature just dropped a boatload of snow on STMA, which makes it the perfect time to do some sledding!
If your kids are hoping to hit the slopes on their sleds, take a peek at the map below to find yourselves a great spot to catch some speed. (Descriptions available below the map)
Highwoods Park
12745 Frankfort Parkway NE, St Michael (map)
At this popular sledding destination you’ll find some small sledding hills near the playground as well as a bigger hill sloping away from the playground where big kids can catch some serious speed! There is some water at the bottom of the tall hill, so keep a close eye on your kids if it’s not frozen solid.
STMA Middle School West
11343 50th Street NE, Albertville (map)
Park in the parking lot east of the school. You’ll find a small hill off to your left and a taller one beyond the football field. (Just watch out for the goal post when you’re sliding down.đź¤)
STMA Community Education Center

The Community Education center has both a steep and shallow hill between the parking lots and the playground. You’re sure to find one that’s the right height for your littler kiddos.
