Enjoy the sweetest part of spring by visiting the Eastman Nature Center sugar bush, collecting fresh sap, and exploring the history and science of maple syrup. Learn how sap becomes syrup by warming up by a steaming cauldron and watching sap transform into syrup (weather permitting).
