Great River Regional Library's annual Summer Reading Program will kick off on Monday, June 5, and continue through Saturday, August 5. The program is open to all kids ages 0 to 18 and divided by age: pre-readers (ages 0 to 3), kids (ages 3 to 12), and teens. Visit your local GRRL library during open hours to sign up. Kids and teens can track their reading in the Beanstack app or using a paper slip, which they return to their library to be eligible for prize drawings at the end of the program. Enjoy free family entertainment at Prairie Park each week at Otsego's Splash & Play Tuesdays. This week's featured entertainer is Monty's Traveling Reptile Show. Entertainment will take place in the park shelter, or inside the Prairie Center if there is inclement weather.

How well do you know your creepy crawly critters? Bug Guy's show is specifically designed to teach young audiences about insects (and related arthropods) in a fun and entertaining way. It's a dynamic blend of show 'n tell, storytelling, interesting facts and fun hands-on activities that include LIVE critters from the Bug Guy's zoo.

Bring the family to Town Center Park for free family entertainment each Wednesday at 6pm. This week FYCC is bringing Kidsdance to the park! Kids will love to dance along with this high-energy, interactive DJ. Some seating is provided, but you may want to bring your own chair.
