WinterFest is a collaboration by the City of St. Michael, Shop STMA, and the St Michael Rotary Club that gives residents a chance to socialize, spread holiday cheer, and kick off the winter by having a great time with their neighbors. The North Pole is coming to Otsego! The elves are busy transforming the city shop into a winter wonderland for you and your friends/family to walk through. The kids will get to listen to holiday music, meet some of Santa’s friends, and say hi to Santa himself. Kids are allowed to hand a letter to Santa and take a selfie with him. This is a free event, but you must pre-register for your group to attend. No on-site registrations will be allowed, and quantities are limited. A Night in Bethlehem is a Bible-times Christmas event for families, where the entire church building is transformed into the town of Bethlehem! Families will visit shops in the marketplace, make projects, do activities, and hear the story of Jesus' birth from the perspective of the Shopkeepers. The experience ends at the stable where you will find out what they have all been talking about—baby Jesus! Activities will take about one hour.
