Little ones birth to age 5 are invited to join Otsego Parks & Rec to jump, play, create artistic masterpieces, make friends, and have fun! Activities will include crafts, games, and stories that help with early child development. Kids 6 and under are invited to join ECFE for open play at the STMA Multipurpose Facility on select mornings throughout the winter. Bring your kids to run around and play with age-appropriate toys provided by ECFE. Interact with ECFE staff and maybe make a new friend! Kids ages 0–6 are invited to drop into ECFE anytime on Mondays and Thursdays between 8:15 and 9:45 for an unstructured playtime with ECFE friends and teachers. There will be toys for all ages as well as a story and circle time. Parents and kids can make social connections in a fun, casual setting. Cost is $2/child or $5 max/family. Encourage a love of learning as you and your child play, explore, discover, count, and create. Join the library staff anytime during the hour for an open-ended play session. Activities are designed for ages 1 to 5. Registration is not required, but room limits may be enforced.
