Having the winter blues? Let the 5th annual Kites on Ice Festival brighten your day! Experienced show kite flyers from Minnesota and around the Midwest will demonstrate their skills with kites of all colors, shapes and sizes. Festival will include free kites for kids (while supplies last), free dog sled rides and kids ice fishing, plus food trucks, beer garden, hot chocolate, and more.
