Join the Monticello Arts Initiative for a parade of handmade glow art and glow costumes! To view the parade, line-up along Walnut Street between the Monticello Community Center and West Bridge Park. There will also be bonfires, glow art, and a mini-doughnut truck at the park. Anyone is welcome to march in the parade! Bring your own glow or borrow glow art from MontiArts. There will also be a limited qty of LED wearables available for purchase. (Meet in the MCC gym between 6-7pm)
