Elk RiverFest is a yearly tradition in downtown Elk River. Main Street is the place to be from 2–9pm with activities for the entire family! Elk River businesses and local organizations invite kids ages 12 and under to enjoy the thrill of trick-or-treating in a safe and vibrant atmosphere. Here is what your family can enjoy this year: - Trick or treating in your Halloween costumes with local businesses and organizations- A photo opportunity with the fall decorations at Rivers Edge Commons Park- Feeding and visiting the animals at the petting zoo- Grabbing delicious mini donuts and corn dogs at the food truck- Visiting with K9 Duke and checking out fire, police, and utility trucks Downtown Trick or Treat is from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. in downtown Elk River. The streets downtown will be closed to ensure participant safety.
