Get ready for another spooktacular Downtown Elk River Trick or Treat! Elk River businesses and local organizations invite kids ages 12 and under to enjoy the thrill of trick-or-treating in a safe and vibrant atmosphere. Here is what your family can enjoy this year: - Trick or treating in your Halloween costumes with local businesses and organizations- A photo opportunity with the fall decorations at Rivers Edge Commons Park- Feeding and visiting the animals at the petting zoo- Grabbing delicious mini donuts and corn dogs at the food truck- Visiting with K9 Duke and checking out fire, police, and utility trucks Downtown Trick or Treat is from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. in downtown Elk River. The streets downtown will be closed to ensure participant safety.

Join the businesses of Downtown Elk River for trick-or-treating fun. Participating businesses will have signs on their windows/doors. Kids 12 & under are invited to wear a costume and collect some candy! The River’s Edge Commons Park will be decorated and will provide the perfect photo opportunity.

Elk RiverFest is a yearly tradition in downtown Elk River. Main Street is the place to be from 2–9pm with activities for the entire family! Enjoy free family activities, live performances, a large craft market, food options, an adult beverage sampling area, followed by a fireworks show at 10pm.
