WELCOME. I’m so glad you’re here!

This website was created as a resource for moms (and dads!) in St. Michael and Albertville who are looking for information on local news, events, and businesses, and for ideas for their families to learn and play and grow here in this community. It also exists as an opportunity for parents to connect with one another and to other families with similar interests.

When I moved to Albertville in 2015, I found myself having to really dig to find out about local events and opportunities for my kids. While there are other websites who cover family activities, not many focus on our little corner of the cities. And with so many families in this community, especially new ones like mine, I wanted to provide a centralized place for parents to find out about all the things that STMA has to offer.

As I mentioned, I’m a bit of a newbie myself, so I will ALWAYS be looking for tips and ideas from other more seasoned or connected parents. 🙂 If you know of an event or location that you’d like to see featured on this site, please send me a message so that I can do that as soon as possible.
