Downtown Elk River Trick or Treat

Elk River’s Downtown Trick or Treat is a FREE opportunity for kids ages 12 and under to dress up in their Halloween costumes and visit participating businesses and organizations for candy and treats. Families can stop at Rivers Edge Commons Park for a photo opportunity and to visit the petting zoo.
