Get ready for another spooktacular Downtown Elk River Trick or Treat! Elk River businesses and local organizations invite kids ages 12 and under to enjoy the thrill of trick-or-treating in a safe and vibrant atmosphere. Here is what your family can enjoy this year:
– Trick or treating in your Halloween costumes with local businesses and organizations
– A photo opportunity with the fall decorations at Rivers Edge Commons Park
– Feeding and visiting the animals at the petting zoo
– Grabbing delicious mini donuts and corn dogs at the food truck
– Visiting with K9 Duke and checking out fire, police, and utility trucks

Downtown Trick or Treat is from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. in downtown Elk River. The streets downtown will be closed to ensure participant safety.
