Join the Hanover Park Board for its annual pumpkin decorating day at City Hall. They will supply the pumpkins and decorations; you bring your creativity and take your masterpiece home! Trophies will be given for the top 3 best-decorated pumpkins. This event also features a costume contest and a visit from the Hanover Royalty.
