Here is what your family can enjoy this year: - Trick or treating in your Halloween costumes with local businesses and organizations- A photo opportunity with the fall decorations at Rivers Edge Commons Park- Feeding and visiting the animals at the petting zoo- Grabbing delicious mini donuts and corn dogs at the food truck- Visiting with K9 Duke and checking out fire, police, and utility trucks Downtown Trick or Treat is from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. in downtown Elk River. The streets downtown will be closed to ensure participant safety.
