Note: This event is FULL Otsego Parks & Rec is once again bringing its Pumpkin Patch event to Prairie Park. Dressing in Halloween costumes and walk along the trail where there will be fun stops for your kids to trick-or-treat at. At the end your child/children will be given a pumpkin to take home. There will be a fall-themed area to take selfies, plus treats for your four-legged kids. (on leash, please) Registration is required to participate and to guarantee a pumpkin, one pumpkin per child. Please bring a non-perishable food item for CAER.

The North Pole is coming to Otsego! The elves are busy transforming the City Shop into a winter wonderland for you and your family to walk through. The kids will get to see real live reindeer, listen to carolers, greet and take a selfie with Santa and Mrs. Claus. New this year, your child will be able to hand their Santa letters directly to him and receive a holiday treat. The elves are planning other fun surprises for your kids so register early; you won’t want to miss this magical day! This is a free event but you must pre-register for a timeslot for your family to attend. (Time slots: 10am, 11am & 12pm) No on-site registrations will be allowed, and quantities are limited. Hop on over to Prairie Park for Otsego's FREE annual egg hunt. This year, kids will be able to hop, skip, and jump along the Prairie Park bunny trail to collect candy-filled eggs at EGG Chute Stations. Please remember to bring your own basket or bag. After you collect all your eggs and candy, you can greet, wave to, and take a selfie with the Bunny. Preregistration is required as space is limited. Give your kids the chance to crawl inside and interact with all of those really cool trucks they see every day! Kids will get to see a K-9 by Wright County, helicopter landing and take-off, fire trucks, police cars, dump trucks, tow truck, and more.
