    Begin the holiday season early at Elk River's Downtown Tree Lighting! Bring your family and friends for a magical evening downtown at Rivers Edge Commons Park.- Kids can bring their letters to Santa to get them to him in time.- Enjoy carolers, crafts, and activities while you wait for the tree lighting.- View the tree lighting ceremony from 5:00 – 5:30 p.m.- Bring a toy for the annual Fill-a-Truck Toy Drive hosted by the Elk River Fire Foundation.- Warm up by stopping into downtown businesses for delicious drinks, food, and holiday shopping.

  • Elk River Trick-or-Treating

    Rivers Edge Commons Park 679 Main St NW, Elk River, MN, United States

    Join the businesses of Downtown Elk River for trick-or-treating fun. Participating businesses will have signs on their windows/doors. Kids 12 & under are invited to wear a costume and collect some candy! The River's Edge Commons Park will be decorated and will provide the perfect photo opportunity. Scheduled Events 2pm - 2:30pm: Bookends Readers Theatre Performance (River's Edge Commons Park) 3pm - 6pm: LIVE Music (River's Edge Commons Park) 6pm - 7pm: Kid's Activities Trunk or Treat (Elk River Lutheran Church)
