About the author:
My name is Lauryn, and my family lives in downtown Albertville not far from Central Park. In the summer we walk to the farmer’s market and watch the Friendly City Days fireworks from our driveway! My husband and I have two elementary-aged kids, and we love STMA for its close-community feel, growth opportunities for our kids, and friendly local businesses.
Why the name “STMA Mom?”
Sometimes when I meet people, they ask, “Are YOU the STMA Mom?” The answer to that really is “no.” 🙂 While I may be the voice behind this website, the real STMA Moms are *YOU* and your next-door neighbor and the mom behind you in the drop-off line at school. I created STMA Mom for all of us, to help make our crazy mom lives a little easier…and maybe even a little more fun!
