  • SOAR Presents “Seussical Jr.”

    Horton the Elephant, the Cat in the Hat, and all of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters spring to life onstage in the fantastical musical extravaganza, Seussical Jr! Nearly 100 local student actors will take the stage March 10-12 at STMA High School Performing Arts Center. This show is produced by SOAR Academy, the educational outreach of SOAR Regional Arts. Performances: Friday, March 10 at 7pm / Saturday, March 11 at 2pm & 7pm / Sunday, March 12 at 1pm & 4pm Tickets: $12 online at www.soararts.com or $14 at the door

  • LEGO Egg Car Race

  • Maple Syrup Festival

    Eastman Nature Center 13351 Elm Creek Road, Dayton, MN, United States

    Enjoy the sweetest part of spring by visiting the Eastman Nature Center sugar bush, collecting fresh sap, and exploring the history and science of maple syrup. Learn how sap becomes syrup by warming up by a steaming cauldron and watching sap transform into syrup (weather permitting). Taste maple syrup, learn how to make maple sugar, and enjoy a syrup sundae. Cost: $6/person  Drop-in anytime, but reservations are recommended at threeriversparks.org

  • Breakfast with the Bunny

    Join Swan River Montessori School for breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.), visits with the Easter Bunny, crafts, games, tattoos with Monticello Royalty, raffles, and a huge silent auction benefitting the Swan River PTO. Cost is $10 for adults and $5 for kids. (Receive $1 off admission with a donation to the Monticello Food Shelf)  Kids 2 & under are free, as well as all military and first responders.
