Kids ages 5 & under are invited to play and meet new friends at Otsego's Open Playtime. This drop-in program offers an open play session full of toys, crafts, active equipment, and activities. Come for the whole time or stay while you can. (Parent/guardian supervision is required.) Cost: $3/child at the door, or pick up a punch pass! Please check Facebook for closures due to holidays or inclement weather: Not meeting October 30, November 27, December 25, January 19 and February 16 Last day is Thursday, May 14
Start your week out right... at the library! Share books, songs, and rhymes with your children at this storytime designed to promote school readiness in 0- to 6-year-olds. Librarians, caregivers, and children will sing, talk, read, write, and play together to build early literacy skills. Siblings are also welcome.
The coolest event in town! Glow-n-Skate is a special nighttime open skating event with the lights down and the music up. Cost: $6/skater (includes glow necklace) Rental skates: $2/pair

Start at Liberty Bank Minnesota tent to snag your FREE trick-or-treat bag (while supplies last). Follow the trail of orange pumpkin posters in participating business windows for sweet stops at local businesses along Walnut Street & Broadway. Then head to West Bridge Park to visit businesses without a downtown storefront—more treats, more fun!

Join the Hanover Park Board for its annual pumpkin decorating day at the City Hall garage. They will supply the pumpkins and decorations; you bring your creativity and take your masterpiece home!
