Come hang out at the library with your friends from ECFE! A staff member from STMA's Early Childhood program will lead storytime along with crafts, games, songs. This event is intended for ages 0 to 6 along with their parent or caregiver.

Kids ages 5 & under are invited to play and meet new friends at Otsego's Open Playtime. This drop-in program offers an open play session full of toys, crafts, active equipment, and activities. Come for the whole time or stay while you can. (Parent/guardian supervision is required.) Cost: $3/child at the door, or pick up a punch pass! Elk River businesses and organizations invite children aged 12 and under to enjoy the fun of trick-or-treating in a safe and vibrant atmosphere. Your family can enjoy: - Trick or treating in your Halloween costume with local businesses and organizations- A photo opportunity with the fall decorations at Rivers Edge Commons Park- Feeding and visiting the animals at the petting zoo- Grabbing delicious food from the food truck- Visiting with public safety and utility officials and their trucks

Join the Hanover Park Board for its annual pumpkin decorating day at the City Hall garage. They will supply the pumpkins and decorations; you bring your creativity and take your masterpiece home!

This fun family storytime is aimed at welcoming new families to the library. It includes songs, rhymes and stories that celebrate reading, books and using the library as a family. For children of all ages and their families.

Join FYCC for its annual Halloween event, this year at a new location! Stop by St. Michael's Town Center for a "Trick or Trunk" featuring local businesses and, of course, lots of treats! Wear your costume and dress warm, as this event will take place both inside and outside.
