Trick-or-treat through Downtown Monticello. Start on Walnut Street, and trick-or-treat at businesses with an orange pumpkin in their windows. Make a stop at West Bridge Park for more fun before continuing under the HWY 25 Bridge to the east side for more participating businesses! Free, no registration required
Join the businesses of Downtown Elk River for trick-or-treating fun. Participating businesses will have signs on their windows/doors. Kids 12 & under are invited to wear a costume and collect some candy! The River's Edge Commons Park will be decorated and will provide the perfect photo opportunity.
