The SOAR Regional Arts performance will feature nearly 80 actors from 1st through 8th grade, making it a must-“sea” production! Join the Monticello Arts Initiative for a parade of handmade glow art and glow costumes! To view the parade, line-up along Walnut Street between the Monticello Community Center and West Bridge Park. There will also be bonfires, glow art, and a mini-doughnut truck at the park. Anyone is welcome to march in the parade! Bring your own glow or borrow glow art from MontiArts.
