This weekend is the annual St. Michael Daze & Knights Festival—a two-day event featuring, as the tagline says, “something for everyone!”
At the festival you’ll find fun family events, food, live music, a craft and farmer’s market, parade, car show, and lots more. Here are some things to look forward to if you plan on attending with your kids.
Friday, August 11
Inflatables
Cost: $2-$3 per inflatable or unlimited wristband $15
5–9pm on festival grounds
Book Bingo with FYCC
6:30pm under the expo tent
Ninjas United Obstacle Course
Courses for adults and kids, $5 per run on the course
7:30–9pm near City Hall
Saturday, August 12
Color Daze 5K Run
Ages 6–adult, pre-register here or on-site registration 7–8:15am
8:30am start time, near City Hall
Ninjas United Obstacle Course
Courses for adults and kids, $5 per run on the course
All day near City Hall
Chalk Walk
Kids and adults can show off their talents and color with chalk
9:30–10:30am in front of City Hall
Pedal Pull
Ages 4–11 may register for free on site
10am by City Hall
Sawdust Pile Treasure Hunt
Ages 12 and under can dig to find coins and other treasures
10:30am on festival grounds
