Monticello Trick-or-Treat

Trick-or-treat through Downtown Monticello. Start on Walnut Street, and trick-or-treat at businesses with an orange pumpkin in their windows. Make a stop at West Bridge Park for more fun before continuing under the HWY 25 Bridge to the east side for more participating businesses! Free, no registration required

Community UMC Trunk-or-Treat

Join Community United Methodist Church in Monticello for a safe, fun Halloween event. **Due to weather this event has been moved indoors, and masks are required. Visit decorated candy stations, enjoy candy and hot chocolate, and enter to win door prizes.

Have a soup-er experience by bringing a can of soup for the food shelf!

Maple Grove Halloween Family Day

The Maple Grove Community Organization is hosting a Family Fun Halloween event in the perfect autumn setting of Weaver Lake Park. Goodie bags are filled with candy and trinkets along with getting creative at the craft table. Screams abound loud and clear for a howling good time at the Scream Contest. And what better way to show off your GREAT costume than at the Hallo-weeny Fashion Show.
This family fun event is for children 2-8. Cost: $6/child (under 2 are free)

Magic Bob Halloween Show

Join friends at the library as Magic Bob engages kids with magic, storytelling, and puppetry. Magic Bob will help the kids understand that reading is monstrously great fun. We will also be celebrating the accomplishments of this year’s 1000 Books Before Kindergarten graduates.
