Otsego's Touch a Truck event is a FREE family-friendly event showcasing various types of trucks and equipment. This event features trucks from different industries such as construction, emergency services, transportation (such as buses and semi-trucks), city equipment and more. Kids can climb into the driver's seat, honk the horn, and learn about each vehicle from the professionals who operate them!
Hop on over to Prairie Park for the City of Otsego's FREE Annual Egg Hunt Event on Saturday, March 23. Kids will be able to hop, skip, and jump along the Prairie Park Bunny Trail. Please bring your own basket or bag to collect candy, eggs, and prizes at fun Bunny Stations, after which you can greet and take a selfie with the Bunny. Kids, dress in your Halloween costumes and walk along the friendly Pumpkin Patch Trail in Prairie Park, where there will be fun stops for trick-or-treating. At the end kids will be given a pumpkin to take home. Please bring a non-perishable food item for CAER. Registration is required to participate and guarantee a pumpkin, one pumpkin per child. Otsego's Prairie Festival is an annual community celebration featuring local exhibitors, activities and entertainment for the whole family. The festival starts at 10am and continues throughout the day, culminating with a fireworks display at dusk. Full schedule at otsegofestival.com
Join Otsego Parks & Recreation for a FREE color run for all ages! Runners will be divided in different ages groups (3-5, 6-8, 9-11, and 12+) with staggered start times. New this year, there will be more obstacles to get through as well as both color powder and color slime. It's the ultimate challenge!
