Bring your family to enjoy Delano’s Fourth of July celebration, the oldest and largest Fourth of July celebration in Minnesota! Bring your family to enjoy lifeguard-supervised recreational swimming at STMA Middle School East. You can choose either to pay per visit or purchase a season pass. No registration required; pay on site at the pool. Children 7 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult in the water. Daily Admission: Children 4 and under – Free Students and Adults – $3 Family (immediate family only) – $6 Activity Center members – Free Summer Pool Pass: Individual Pass – $50 Family Pass – $75
All kids are invited for an afternoon of fun with Albertville Lions Club at the Farmer's Market. Activities include a ninja gym, petting zoo, balloon artist, face painting, magician, and more! Don't forget to stop by the FYCC booth at the Farmer's Market to sign up for the Power of Produce program.
FYCC’s free “Power of Produce” program is open to kids ages 2–17. Each week that they visit the Albertville Farmer’s Market, kids will receive a free fruit or vegetable of their choice that was provided by farmers from the market. The P.O.P. program runs every Thursday, from July 3 through August 28. Parent or guardian permission/signature required at signup. The City of Elk River will be hosting a fireworks display to celebrate Independence Day. Fireworks will be launched at 10pm from the Oak Knoll Athletic Complex. Official viewing areas include the Elk River High School parking lot, Salk Middle School parking lot, Lion John Weicht Park. Bring your kids to Home Depot to complete a free, hands-on building project created with them in mind! Workshops take place the 1st Saturday of each month and vary by theme. Find out more information and register for the workshop at https://www.homedepot.com/c/kids
Librarians, caregivers and children will read, talk, craft and play together to build early literacy skills in kids ages 0-6. Each storytime will explore a different way to "Level Up" including reading specially curated books, interactive activities, and a craft. Siblings Welcome!
All school-aged kids and teens in the STMA community are invited to enjoy a FREE breakfast every Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:30am at rotating school playground locations! You can “grab and go” your breakfast or stay to hang out and play. This event is sponsored by Alleluia Lutheran Church and Imagine Church, but donations are always appreciated!
