Cool off at the Otsego Splash Pad and enjoy free family entertainment at Otsego’s Summer Entertainment in the Park series! Entertainment will take place in the park shelter (or move inside the Prairie Center if there is inclement weather). Full schedule:

A unique educational experience for ages 5-12 that combines the magic of music and the wonder of mathematics. With the talented musician and educator George Maurer as your guide, this program gives students a backstage pass to the world of math in music, fostering a deep understanding of addition, subtraction, fractions, and patterns, while igniting a passion for creativity through the power of modern instruments and equations.

Join FYCC every Thursday at Settler’s Park in Hanover to hear some great stories read by local community leaders. After storytime, each child will get to take home a free book! This event is for infants through 8th grade. Please register at myfycc.com

Bring your family to enjoy lifeguard-supervised recreational swimming at STMA Middle School East. You can choose either to pay per visit or purchase a season pass. No registration required; pay on site at the pool. Children 7 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult in the water. Daily Admission: Children 4 and under – Free Students and Adults – $3 Family (immediate family only) – $6 Activity Center members – Free Summer Pool Pass: Individual Pass – $50 Family Pass – $75

FYCC’s free “Power of Produce” program is open to kids ages 2–17. Each week that they visit the Albertville Farmer’s Market, kids will receive a free fruit or vegetable of their choice that was provided by farmers from the market. The P.O.P. program runs every Thursday, from July 3 through August 28. Parent or guardian permission/signature required at signup. Bring a chair or blanket to Lions Central Park in Rogers to enjoy a free family movie every Thursday night in August. Free popcorn provided! (In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors.)
