This fun family storytime is aimed at welcoming new families to the library. It includes songs, rhymes and stories that celebrate reading, books and using the library as a family. For children of all ages and their families.
Kids ages 5 & under are invited to play and meet new friends at Otsego's Open Playtime. This drop-in program offers an open play session full of toys, crafts, active equipment, and activities. Start your week out right... at the library! Share books, songs, and rhymes with your children at this storytime designed to promote school readiness in 0- to 6-year-olds. Librarians, caregivers, and children will sing, talk, read, write, and play together to build early literacy skills. Siblings are also welcome.

Drop in and play with your friends at ECFE! This monthly drop-in class offers young children and their caregivers a relaxed, unstructured setting for connection and play. With no formal activities, the focus is on creativity, curiosity, and making memories! School-age kids are invited to show off their LEGO building skills! The library will provide the bricks, you provide the imagination. Come meet with other builders and have some fun.
Stop by the library for some self-led sensory fun! There will be mess-free activities and sensory bins out in the children's area for free play. This activity is suitable for preschool ages and up.
Come hang out at the library with your friends from ECFE! A staff member from STMA's Early Childhood program will lead storytime along with crafts, games, songs. This event is intended for ages 0 to 6 along with their parent or caregiver.
