Join FYCC every Thursday at Settler’s Park in Hanover to hear some great stories read by local community leaders. After storytime, each child will get to take home a free book! This event is for infants through 8th grade. Please register at myfycc.com

Bring your family to enjoy lifeguard-supervised recreational swimming at STMA Middle School East. You can choose either to pay per visit or purchase a season pass. No registration required; pay on site at the pool. Children 7 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult in the water. FYCC’s free “Power of Produce” program is open to kids ages 2–17. Each week that they visit the Albertville Farmer’s Market, kids will receive a free fruit or vegetable of their choice that was provided by farmers from the market. The P.O.P. program runs every Thursday, from July 3 through August 28. Parent or guardian permission/signature required at signup. Monticello Riverfest is a four-day community event held July 11–13. From Thursday through Sunday there are many community favorite events: Community Parade, Street Dance, Duck Races, Art in the Park, Fireworks, Car Show, 5K Race, and so much more! Kids, bring your pennies to Town Center Park for the annual FYCC Penny Carnival! Local businesses and organizations will be hosting booths where kids can spend their pennies to play games and win prizes. (Games typically range from 1 to 5 pennies) Register online at myfycc.com. All school-aged kids and teens in the STMA community are invited to enjoy a FREE breakfast every Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:30am at rotating school playground locations! You can “grab and go” your breakfast or stay to hang out and play. This event is sponsored by Alleluia Lutheran Church and Imagine Church, but donations are always appreciated!
